Refund policy
For the moment we are not accepting returns on the Ultrasonic Cavitation Gel, but we do accept returns for the Cavitation Device (within 30 days of initial purchase). It must be in it's original state, unopened & unused when received back. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund. If when we inspect the device and it is in unopened conditions, we process a full refund. We don't refund initial shipping costs.
All orders of devices can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We do not accept refunds of a device once it is used and it is not defective. If you would like to return a product from your order and it is unopened & unused, simply contact us. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of us receiving your returned product. Within the US or Canada, we can provide a return label. There will be an additional $7.99 USD for US & $20 for Canada deducted from the refund, for label usage.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
If a device is defective, we ask that clients get in touch with us immediately. All cavitation devices have a 1 year warranty. If a cavitation device is defective and a client reaches out after a year, a replacement will not be issued as the 1 year warranty time has lapsed. We provide a return label and the device must be sent back to us for inspection. If when we conclude that it is defective, we will send the client a replacement cavitation device. We do not provide full refunds if a device is defective but we do provide the replacement at no extra charge within 1 year of initial purchase.
